We have now returned to Normal working days/hours
We will aim to deliver the high quality service that our customers expect, but temporarily however, the Salon experience will be very different, as we will need to enable people to have their hair styled in the safest possible way. As such, these are a few of the guidelines we will have to temporarily operate under:-
Screening has been installed between sections to ensure everyone’s safety during their visit to us.
Clients will be asked to wear a face covering and to use hand sanitizer when entering the salon, should you not have a face covering we can provide one for a small charge.
Where possible please scan to check in to the salon using the NHS Covid-19 app , should you not be able to staff will take your details to comply with track and trace.
Customers will be provided with disposable gowns for their service and we will use disposable towels and capes wherever possible.
Stylists will wear face coverings and facial visors
More time will be allocated between appointments to enable all basins, chairs and workstations to be sanitized between each client.
We are now able to provide refreshments for your visit but are still unable to provide magazines.
We would ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment and alone as we do not have a waiting area
Clients are requested to bring limited belongings e.g: coats, shopping as we are unable to handle your belongings, as the weather is changing and coats are needed please bring a carrier/shopper bag to put your coat in as we are unable to take them from you.
If our Front of House is busy after payment, we would ask that you telephone to arrange your next appointment, although we will endeavour to book this for you during your visit.
On our client’s first visit back to the salon we will have to charge a one off supplement due to the time involved in restyling hair and additional amounts of colour having to be used.
Please cancel your appointment if any of the following applies :
- You or any member of your household have tested positive for coronavirus and are in self isolation.
- You or any member of your household has symptoms of coronavirus
- You or any member of your household are waiting for results of a coronavirus test
